How to Lower Your Anxiety!

Lower your shoulders. Breath in and out slowly. Close your eyes for a minute. Drink a glass of water. Take a hot bath. Stretch up and down. Take a walk, even if its only for 5 minutes. Splash water on your face. Wiggle your toes back and forth. Picture the type of scenery that you love to be in. Slowly roll your neck from left to right and back. Anxiety always centers in the chest and head. Make sure you bring your breath down into stomach. If you need to stamp your feet for a minute so you can feel your legs and lower half of your body. Lower your anxiety by paying attention to when you feel irritated or angry or inadequate. PET A CAT OR A DOG! Guaranteed to lower your blood pressure.

  1. For panic and anxiety attacks I’ve been just doing breathing exercising, learning some meditation and trying to do whatever at home remedies I can do calm myself down and get rid of this pent up stress. I happen to think panic attacks are caused by pent up stress over the course of our lives.
